$699 for first 2 hours and $299 for each additional hour

Includes use of Bride & Groom suites to get dressed, your choice among ceremony sites and a beautiful twinkling light reception (including up to 40 white resin & padded wedding chairs, up to 6 six-foot linen covered tables & 1 cake table)

~  Additional chairs are $4 each & linen covered tables are $20 each

~ Add lodging with gourmet breakfast in the 1500 square foot Green Gables Cottage (sleeps 4, includes eat-in kitchen with full size appliances, washer & dryer, private entry, private porch & spacious over sized bathroom with makeup/hair vanity, living room with queen pull out sofa, huge master bedroom with queen bed, double reclining sofa & tv as well as it's own wet bar with microwave and mini fridge: +$199 per night

~ Add hourly photography services: $199 for first hour and $99 for each additional hour + $149 for digital delivery of all captured photos in high resolution

Deluxe Wedding Package

This 6 hour package includes:

-Bride & Groom Suites to ceremony to set up/get ready

-Your choice among ceremony locations plus cocktail hour and reception sites

-Professional wedding team to work with you from start to finish facilitating the flow of the day and coordinating the look of the day

-White wedding chairs, linen covered tables, black and white checkered dance floor and use of items from our wedding decoration inventory including 6 aisle and 2 altar decorations, basic centerpieces, flatware, dinner plates, cake plates & drinking glasses

-Half hour rehearsal the morning of the wedding


Example of a 6 hour timeline: 1.5 hours for setting up & getting ready, 1.5 hours for pre-ceremony photos, 30 minute ceremony, 30 minute cocktails/formal photos 2 hour reception

This 8 hour package includes:

-Professional wedding team to work with you from start to finish facilitating the flow of the day and coordinating the look of the day


-White wedding chairs, linen covered tables, black and white checkered dance floor and use of items from our wedding decoration inventory including 6 aisle and 2 altar decorations, basic centerpieces, flatware, dinner plates, cake plates & drinking glasses

-1 hour rehearsal before the wedding day

-Overnight stay in the cottage for your wedding night (includes breakfast for 2, cottage available for the night of your rehearsal for an additional fee)

This 10 hour package includes:

-Professional wedding team to work with you from start to finish facilitating the flow of the day and coordinating the look of the day

-White wedding chairs, linen covered tables, black and white checkered dance floor and use of items from our wedding decoration inventory including 6 aisle and 2 altar decorations, basic centerpieces, flatware, dinner plates, cake plates & drinking glasses

-1 hour rehearsal 1 or 2 days before the wedding

-2 night stay in the cottage for your rehearsal & wedding nights with breakfast

The packages outlined above DO NOT include services such as hair/makeup,DJ/live band, photography, videography, limousine rental, tuxedo rental, a wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, catering, alcohol, officiant, jewelry/wedding bands, hotels /lodging, flowers or wedding favors. All event rentals are non-refundable. Cathedral sided panels, specialty tent lights, dance floors, tent fans or tent heaters available upon request for additional applicable fees.



 All Inclusive Wedding Package

This 10 hour package includes:

-Elite venue package (see above) for 1 hour rehearsal and 10 hour wedding

-Cottage for 2 nights (includes breakfast for 10 the first day and for 2 on the second day)

-Photography for 8 hours

-DJ for ceremony & reception

-Hair & Makeup services for bride + 6 attendants

-Flowers  (1 bridal bouquet and up to 4 matching smaller bouquets 2 wrist corsages & 7 boutonnieres)

-Wedding cake (up to 3 tiers with basic design)

-Wedding coordinator for 1 hour rehearsal and 8 hours to facilitate the flow of the day & a wedding designer to facilitate the look of the day (designer will include up to 6 aisle decorations, 2 alter decorations, place settings & basic centerpieces)

-Catering (based on cost of $20 per person, price will vary based on your selections)

-Officiate

Note:
A $500 damage/clean-up deposit is required on all facility rentals. It is refundable within 48 hours of the wedding if the final walk through checklist is signed before departure by the renter and event coordinator/Green Gables Ranch representative.

Tables are $10 each and white event chairs are $4 each if not included in your package or if you need more

Reservations will be made only upon receipt of the deposit, all balances including damage/clean-up deposit must be paid 30 days before the event.
