Hourly wedding venue rental

$999 for first 2 hours and $599 for each additional hour

Includes use of Bride & Groom suites to get dressed, your choice among ceremony sites and a beautiful twinkling light reception in our courtyard (includes up to 40 white resin wedding chairs, up to 6 six-foot linen covered tables & 1 cake table)


- Add 12x16 dance floor $500 includes delivery/set-up

- Add 20x40 premium white wedding tent $670 without walls, $870 with walls includes delivery/set-up (required for over 40 guests)

- Add 10x30 additional tent for behind main tent for catering/cake/dj etc to allow additional seating in main tent $300 without walls $400 with walls includes delivery/set-up

- Add outdoor air conditioning for reception $300 includes delivery/set-up

- Add additional white resin chairs $4 each includes delivery/set-up

- Add linen covered 6 foot tables $15 each includes delivery/set-up

- Add lodging with breakfast for up to 10 on wedding day or gourmet breakfast for bride & groom day after wedding in the 2-story 1500 square foot Green Gables Cottage $199 per night for first 2 guests, $30 for each additional guest (Sleeps 3-8 people depending on your desired placement of guests and whether or not beds are shared. Features full size appliances, private porch entry, oversized bathroom with vanity station, living room with antique fireplace and a day bed sofa, huge master with living room & wet bar area and a double reclining sofa and 2 coffee bars total one in upstairs master and one in kitchen) 

-Hourly photography services $199 for first hour $149 for each additional hour (minimum 2 hours) = $149 for digital delivery of all captured photos in high resolution.

- Wedding planning / design team for month of coordination & designer (including use of items from our wedding decoration inventory including 6 aisle and 2 altar decorations, basic centerpieces, flatware, dinner plates, cake plates & drinking glasses $430 for designer / $150 per hour for planning team (4 hour minimum)

*Rental does not include additional time for set up or take down, so please take this into consideration upon booking by the hour. 


Deluxe Wedding Package

This 6 hour package includes:

-Bride & Groom Suites to ceremony to set up/get ready

-Your choice among ceremony locations plus cocktail hour and reception sites including air conditioning (yes even outdoors!)

-Professional wedding team to work with you from start to finish facilitating the flow of the day and coordinating the look of the day

-White wedding chairs, linen covered tables, black and white checkered dance floor and use of items from our wedding decoration inventory including 6 aisle and 2 altar decorations, basic centerpieces, flatware, dinner plates, cake plates & drinking glasses

-Half hour rehearsal the morning of the wedding


Example of a 6 hour timeline: 1.5 hours for setting up & getting ready, 1.5 hours for pre-ceremony photos, 30 minute ceremony, 30 minute cocktails/formal photos 2 hour reception

This 8 hour package includes:

-Professional wedding team to work with you from start to finish facilitating the flow of the day and coordinating the look of the day


-White wedding chairs, linen covered tables, black and white checkered dance floor and use of items from our wedding decoration inventory including 6 aisle and 2 altar decorations, basic centerpieces, flatware, dinner plates, cake plates & drinking glasses

-1 hour rehearsal before the wedding day

-Overnight stay in the cottage for your wedding night (includes breakfast for 2, cottage available for the night of your rehearsal for an additional fee)

This 10 hour package includes:

-Professional wedding team to work with you from start to finish facilitating the flow of the day and coordinating the look of the day

-White wedding chairs, linen covered tables, black and white checkered dance floor and use of items from our wedding decoration inventory including 6 aisle and 2 altar decorations, basic centerpieces, flatware, dinner plates, cake plates & drinking glasses

-1 hour rehearsal 1 or 2 days before the wedding

-2 night stay in the cottage for your rehearsal & wedding nights with breakfast

 All Inclusive Wedding Package

This 10 hour package includes:

-Elite venue package (see above) for 1 hour rehearsal and 10 hour wedding

-Cottage for 2 nights (includes a basic breakfast for 10 the first day and gourmet breakfast for for 2 on the second day)

-Photography for 8 hours with coverage by 2 professional wedding photographers (no assistants or newbies!)

-DJ for ceremony, cocktail hour & reception

-Hair & Makeup services for bride + 6 attendants

-Flowers  (1 bridal bouquet and up to 4 matching smaller bouquets 2 wrist corsages & 7 boutonnieres)

-Wedding cake (up to 3 tiers with basic design) includes your choice among cake stands

-Wedding coordinator for 1 hour rehearsal and 8 hours to facilitate the flow of the day & a wedding designer to facilitate the look of the day (designer will include up to 6 aisle decorations, 2 alter decorations, place settings & basic centerpieces)

-Catering (based on cost of $20 per person, price will vary based on your selections)

The packages outlined above DO NOT include services such as hair/makeup,DJ/live band, photography, videography, limousine rental, tuxedo rental, a wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, catering, alcohol, officiant, jewelry/wedding bands, hotels /lodging, flowers or wedding favors. All event rentals are non-refundable. Cathedral sided panels, specialty tent lights, dance floors, tent fans or tent heaters available upon request for additional applicable fees.



Note:
A $500 damage/excessive clean-up deposit is required on all facility rentals. It is refundable within 5-10 business days of the wedding (depending on payment method) if nothing outside normal wear and tear results from your rental.

Tables are $10 each and white event chairs are $4 each if not included in your package or if you need more

Reservations will be made only upon receipt of the deposit, all balances including damage/clean-up deposit must be paid 30 days before the event.
