Hourly venue rental
$199 for the first 2 hours and $49 for each additional hour*
Includes:
- use of our 1500 square foot cottage (it's permanent furnishings & restroom) OR your choice of one of our outdoor space options (barn-side, courtyard/garden, wisteria veranda or space for your event tent) for the hours you book. Both options include use of an indoor restroom for the duration of your event. Event tent is an additional charge of $399 and includes set-up and take-down. Air conditioning/heat for the tent available for an additional $249.

tables & chairs for up to 40 guests outdoors
*An event coordinator & temporary furnishings can be added for applicable fees (linens, tables, chairs, tent, dance floor, decorations etc). Overnight rental can be added for discounted rate. Baby/Bridal Shower Party Package
 Pamper the bride/mommy-to-be in your life with an unforgettable shower!

Indoor package $299 for the first 3 hours and $49 for each additional hour for up to 20 guests in the cottage*
Indoor package includes:

- use of our 1500 square foot cottage (including it's permanent furnishings & restroom) & seating for up to 20 guests

*An event coordinator & additional rentals can be added for applicable fees (linens, additional tables or chairs, tent, dance floor, decorations etc). Please remember to book enough time for set-up and take-down.
Indoor & Outdoor package $339 for the first 3 hours and $49 for each additional hour for up to 40 guests in the cottage & in the outdoor space of your choosing*
Indoor & Outdoor package includes:

- use of our 1500 square foot cottage (including it's permanent furnishings & restroom) & seating for up to 40 guests ($2 per additional guest)
- your choice of one of our outdoor space options (barn-side, courtyard/garden, wisteria veranda or space for an event tent) for the hours you book.

Child's Birthday Party Package

$399 for 4 hours and $49 for each additional hour*
Take the headache of a house full of kids OUT of your child's birthday party!


Includes:
- bounce house (your choice of either the Princess castle or Magic castle is included, or upgrade to any option shown above) We are proudly partnered with Jump Inflatables, a local family owned business!

$10 for each additional child

Horse Experience Party Package
$399 for 4 hours and $49 for each additional hour*
Celebrate your horse lovers birthday with a western or unicorn theme!


Includes
- horseback rides for up to 10 children
- table seating for 10 children either barn-side, in the courtyard/garden or wisteria veranda to enjoy included 24 cupcakes & 24 hot dogs (or additional food you supply or add-on)
- Indoor restroom available for use during your booked hours
$10 for each additional child.

Note: A $100 damage/clean-up deposit is required on all facility rentals. It is refundable if the final walk through checklist is signed before departure by the renter and event coordinator/Green Gables Ranch representative.

Reservations will be made only upon receipt of the deposit, balances must be paid 30 days before the event.
